Резюме

Анализирано е влиянието на трудовите възнаграждения, неравенството и бедността върху трудовата мотивация на населението. Изследването е фокусирано върху определянето на такива равнища на доходите от труд, които да стимулират трудовата дейност на заетите и участието в пазара на труда на икономически неактивното население. Резултатите от емпиричното проучване (пилотно) показват, че: (1) възнагражденията на заетите са слаби стимули за трудова реализация; (2) неудовлетвореността от размера на трудовите възнаграждения е висока; (3) възрастовата и образователната структура на населението оказват съществено влияние върху трудовата мотивация; (4) неравенството и бедността въздействат слабо върху икономическата активност.
