Резюме

Представени са емпирични резултати за оценка на ефектите от промените в данъчно-трансферните политики по доходите на лицата и домакинствата в България, получени чрез симулационния модел за страните от ЕС EUROMOD и статистически данни от изследването „Статистика на доходите и условията на живот”. Симулационният анализ е проведен чрез съпоставка на подоход- ните разпределения за отделните години, като параметрите на политиките от базовата 2011 г. се заменят с тези от сравняваните при фиксирана структура на населението и брутните пазарни доходи на домакинствата към базисната година. Резултатите показват, че промените в политиките са допринесли за увеличение на доходите предимно при домакинствата от най-бедните групи. Коефициентът на бедност е намалял с 1,3-2,9 процентни пункта (в зависи- мост от възприетия праг на бедност). Въпреки това нивото на бедност в Бъл- гария е сред най-високите в ЕС и са необходими допълнителни мерки, за да се подобри жизненият стандарт на домакинствата.
