НОВИЯТ СТАДИЙ НА ИКОНОМИЧЕСКО РАЗВИТИЕ

Резюме

Приведени са аргументи, че националните стопанства осъществяват преход към нов стадий на развитие, съпътстван от промяна в парадигмата на формиране и провеждане на икономическа политика. Уточнено е съдържанието на съответния понятийно-категориален апарат, а именно на разбирането за развитие на националното стопанство, за нов стадий в това развитие, за прехода към него и др. Като теоретико-методологически инструментариум е използвана Хегеловата доктрина за развитие на икономиката и обществото, както и концепцията за иновативност на националната икономика. Доказателствата за нов стадий на развитие от гледна точка напрактиката на формиране на политика за икономическо развитие са свързани с прилагането на нови показатели, характеризиращи нови цели на политиката за икономическото развитие, с нови методологии за събиране и интерпретиране на данни за нови процеси и явления. Аргументи за прехода към нов стадий на икономическо развитие са представени и от динамиката в практиката на ЕС при формиране и оценка на политиките за развитие и мониторинг на постигането на нови цели, както и от цялостното преосмисляне на стратегията за развитие. Приведените данни показват незадоволително представяне на България сред страните-членки на ЕС. То се свързва с подценяването на наложителното в условия на преход към нов стадий преосмисляне на стратегията й за развитие.
