ИКОНОМИЧЕСКИ РАСТЕЖ И ДЪРЖАВНИ РАЗХОДИ – ДОКАЗАТЕЛСТВА НА ЗАКОНА НА ВАГНЕР В НЯКОИ СТРАНИ ОТ ЕС*

Резюме

Извършена е емпирична оценка на закона на Вагнер за България, Испания,Португалия, Гърция, Унгария, Белгия, Австрия, Германия, Франция, Холан дия, Дания, Люксембург, Финландия, Исландия и Норвегия. Чрез тестване на граници с авторегресионен ARDL метод е моделирана връзката между темповете на нарастване на БВП на човек от населението и държавните разходи за периода от първото тримесечие на 1999 г. до второто тримесечие на 2017 г. Според получените резултати законът на Вагнер се потвърждава за България и Испания, докато за останалите страни не намира подкрепа.Това се доказва допълнително и от приложения тест на Грейнджър за причинно-следствени връзки
