ЧУЖДЕСТРАННИ МОДЕЛИ И ПОЛИТИКИ ЗА ДЪРЖАВНИТЕ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ

Резюме

Изведени са и са анализирани различни чуждестранни модели и политики за държавните предприятия. Последователно са разгледани моделите на тяхното управление, необходимостта от съществуване и видовете държавни предприятия. Резултатите от изследването очертават богата гама от национални политики в тази област. Основните фактори за тяхното определяне са следствие от историческото развитие и поетите социални ангажименти за икономически реформи. Наличието на социални цели на държавната собственост създава сериозни различия между корпоративното управление в държавния и в частния сектор. Повишената сложност в управлението на държавните предприятия произтича от комбинирането на социални с икономически цели.
