ОЦЕНКА НА НАЦИОНАЛНАТА ИКОНОМИКА ПОСРЕДСТВОМ РАЗХОДИТЕ ЗА ЛОГИСТИКА

Резюме

Проучени са въпросите, свързани с определянето и изчисляването на разходите за логистика на макроравнище във връзка с различните подходи към отразяването на тези разходи в статистическите отчети на отделните страни. Анализирани са международните счетоводни практики и класификациите на логистичните разходи и въздействието им върху конкурентоспособността и производителността на националната икономика. Доказана е хипотезата, че разходите за логистика влияят значително върху конкурентоспособността на стоките и услугите, но не са отражение на производителността на логистичните операции в съответната държава. Във връзка с това е представен сравнителен анализ на макроикономическите показатели на различните страни и тяхното класиране по отношение на глобалната конкурентоспособност и логистичните резултати. Подробно е разгледано изчислението на разходите за логистика в Украйна въз основа на статистическото отчитане, както и на базата на модела на регресия и метода MALC. Направен е преглед и е извършен сравнителен анализ на подходите за изчисление на логистичните разходи в Украйна и в Китай, като са посочени факторите, влияещи върху тяхната величина и динамика. Формулирани са практически препоръки относно контрола и анализа на разходите за логистика в Украйна и развитието на логистичната инфраструктура.
