Abstract

The profit as a motivation for the entrepreneurship is achieved on the basis of a creative energy, directed towards the production of socially valuable products; on the basis of selfish energy in two forms: extreme, candidly anti-social, and non-extreme, quiet, sub-clinical forms. Studied are their revealing in the country, their most massive forms, the special danger they are in the transaction economy, their place in the "strategic uncertainty" of the enterprises. The way out is in the activation of the institutions and establishing of more active control on them in the fight with the negative entrepreneurial energy; activation of certain forms of state policy for supporting the entrepreneurship with social direction.
