Abstract

The article presents the results of a study on the status and dynamics of Bulgaria’s honey exports. The period from 2007 to 2022 is covered. The geographic concentration and sustainability of exports have been determined through specific indicators. On this methodological basis, summaries of the current foreign trade situation have been made. The obtained values of the studied coefficients in the export of natural honey give reason to claim that, during the studied period, a highly concentrated geographical structure was registered in one with significant sustainability. The small number of main trade partner countries shows the vulnerability and sensitivity of export processes and the rapid transfer of potential changes in the economic situation of foreign trade partners to the country.
