Abstract

An attempt is made to evaluate the movement of the direct foreign investments based on empirical data in the frames of different categories of countries. Analyzed are the reasons for the increasing FDI in the developing countries. These countries are divided into five groups by the rates, scales and character of the accumulated foreign investments.
