Abstract

The enterprise has been analyzed as an economic organism with own existence and immanent characteristics, out of which its economic aims originate. In order to achieve these aims, it establishes a structure of manufacturing, economic and legal-regulative systems, as well as a system of social-economic persons - owner, entrepreneur and employee. The positive (creative) and the negative (selfish) energy of the enterprise has been studied in its contemporary and historic aspects; also the new forms of uncertainty and above all - the strategic form based on the opportunistic behaviors of the partners, as well as the growing role of the institutions. The contemporary dominant in its management has been studied too. The new techniques for the development of the creativity and creative thinking in the managerial process have been analyzed.
