Abstract

I have no professional interest in human investment, but as a long-time university lecturer I was pleased to read the book by Assoc. Kazakov and I find it my duty to draw the attention of the readers to it by summarizing the problems the author explores.

Already in chapter one - "Introduction to the theory of human capital", Assoc. Kazakov adopts a broader interpretation of the category, which includes accumulated knowledge as the common domain of humanity, knowledge and experience at the level of the individual, the person himself, his health status as a resource of the social and economic environment.
